The staff were all very pleasant, superfriendly. Location in the center of the city was a plus. Also, I was around 10-15 minutes walk from Betty's Farm Shop.
My first room was extremely hot.

The restaurant was great with great food, I tried amazing dishes. I enjoyed the comfortable design here. The location was stunning, for example, Repton was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

I found the atmosphere very nice, with a lovely casual decor and very good food, especially the sublime short rib of beef. Plus, the quick walk to St Wystan's Church was perfect for a peaceful city stroll among beautiful landmarks.
